First time here! Fresh and hot donuts right off the press! I will definitely return to try the other donuts! If you are near one I highly recommend if you are looking for a sweet treat. Yummy!

Entered into a calamity with roof leaking into an open area that moulds and sprinkles donuts. Water on the floors. Crusty equipment evidently not cleaned all day. Menu sticky and fingerprinted. Employee looked stunned, shell-shocked and tired. Donut flavors exceptional! Person making donuts should not stand with back to customer; its a bad-laid out business plan. On top of that no donuts are actually displayed. It was a crusty, squeaky, messy, rain-soaked experience. Like visiting a kitchen on a ship.

I've been to a different location once before. This location was clean inside and we went in the afternoon so it wasn't busy which worked out well. At a different location we were able to use a paper to pick our combinations and fill it out and give that to the cashier. At this location you are put on the spot with only one picture book of pre made combinations. They do have the menu on the wall of all the options but again for someone who doesn't go often it's overwhelming and with other customers you have to wait for them to finish with the book and that leaves no time to decide when you get to the cashier. Prices are expensive but that's expected Since you are getting a fresh and hot product. This location was out of forks. Donuts are hot and fresh but unfortunately some of ours were underdone and very doughy. Not as good as I remembered from my first visit to a duck donuts.

Stopped in on a late Saturday morning. I've been to one other Duck Donuts location in the past. The main difference was the menu. When I went previously they had a little paper where you could mark off which donuts you wanted. Here they have a menu above the register but it's hard to read if your car back in line. They have soooo many different combinations and they also have a booklet next to the register with pictures and descriptions. We found that very helpful but we also felt very rushed ordering because we couldn't decide before we got to the ordering area. Otherwise the donuts were really hot and tasty. Prices are comparable to other donut shops as well.
